Canoe Session

Couples Session
November 6, 2018

As with any other artists, I love getting creative as I get inspired by many amazing photographers. One thing I learned throughout this process is that you can not recreate the same image twice because so many factors play a role, such as light, location, the couple’s mood and chemistry and the angle of the camera/lens. I was inspired to do a canoe session. While I was working on it I have thought about making it look different than the one I already did and I did not have to work too hard at it. It was an interesting experience for me because I was taking photos from my kayak while the couple were in the canoe, and it was challenging. Nonetheless, I love how the photos turned out. This session would be impossible without amazing vendors such as Jayme who’s an incredible florist, Lily who was my assistant paddler and the Alder Creek Canoe Rental. You will find their info down below. I hope you enjoy photos of this beautiful couple that were taken at Lacamas Lake in Vancouver, Washington
